RETURN PROCEDURE
You may return products within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase by shipping them to us using one of our contracted shipping companies. Your invoice must be included in the shipment. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for cosmetics, food, evening dresses, underwear, jewelry accessories, glasses and accessories. Swimwear and underwear sub-group products are exchanged and returned within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed.
