Return & Exchange Conditions
Items purchased from Vakkorama Online Shop can be returned with the invoice, given in return for an exchange card, or exchanged with another item of the same value at a Vakkorama store within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase. Items that are used, whose original packaging is damaged, or that are not in fully re-salable condition will not be accepted for return. You must present the original invoice belonging to your item(s) and its copies to be able to request a return. Items without an invoice will not be accepted for return. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for cosmetics, evening dresses, underwear, jewelry, books/magazines, technological items, glasses, and accessories. Items in the Swimsuits & Bikinis category can be returned within 14 days given that the hygiene tag is intact. A return invoice must be issued to us for product returns whose sales invoice is issued corporate. Products for which a return invoice is not issued cannot be processed.
Shipping costs for products you wish to return are covered by Vakkorama. To be exempt from shipment fees, you must send your products to our return address through one of our contracted cargo companies. For returns shipped through other cargo companies, the shipment fees will be incurred by the customer. Returns shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Returned items will be inspected by authorized personnel for deformities or damages caused by misuse. If the products are approved, your refund will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days of our receipt of the products. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been approved. If your return is not approved after inspection, you will be notified of the reason and the product(s) you sent for return will be delivered back to your shipping address.
You may return products purchased from Vakkorama Online Shop within 30 days of the date of purchase to the Vakkorama store nearest to you. Returns cannot be made unless the delivery slip, printed invoice, or exchange card belonging to your purchase is presented. Products must be returned unused, with their original packages and tags, and in the same condition they were delivered, with all accessories and components intact. If there is no Vakkorama store near you, you may ship your item(s) to our return address.
Products purchased from Vakkorama stores cannot be returned or exchanged at Vakkorama Online Shop. For returns made in Vakkorama stores, your refund will be issued to the credit card indicated in your Vakkorama Online Shop account within 10 business days. Products purchased from the Outlet section of Vakkorama Online Shop can be exchanged or returned only at Outlet stores.
