Return & Exchange Conditions

You may return products purchased from Vakkorama Online Shop within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase to the Vakko store nearest to you. Items purchased from Vakkorama Online Shop can be exchanged in Vakkorama stores. Products purchased from the Outlet section of Vakkorama Online Shop can be exchanged only at Outlet stores.

Items that are used, whose original packaging is damaged, or that are not in fully re-salable condition will not be accepted for return. The product must be returned in its original box, packaged in a way that does not damage the box. You must present the original invoice belonging to your item(s) and its copies to be able to request a return. Items without an invoice will not be accepted for return.

Returns and exchanges are not possible for cosmetics, evening wear, underwear, jewelry, books/magazines, technological products, eyeglasses, accessories, and custom-made products. Swimwear/bikini bottoms can be returned within 14 days, provided the hygiene label has not been removed. For technology products such as mobile phones, smartwatches, tablets, and computers that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, the return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. For returns of products with a corporate sales invoice, a return invoice must be issued to us. We cannot process returns for products without a return invoice.

You can return the product you purchased within 30 days (1 month) from the invoice date by sending it to us with your invoice via our contracted shipping companies. If you wish to return the product, you can request a return by selecting the relevant order from the "My Account > My Orders" page. The shipping cost for the product you wish to return is covered by our company. For free return shipping, you must send the product via our contracted shipping company according to the information provided to you by the system after creating your return request. Shipping costs for shipments made with shipping companies other than our contracted shipping company are your responsibility. For shipments made with shipping companies other than our contracted shipping company, you can use the following return address.

Returns cannot be made unless the delivery slip, printed invoice, or exchange card belonging to your purchase is presented. Products must be returned unused, with their original packages and tags, and in the same condition they were delivered, with all accessories and components intact.

Returned items will be inspected by authorized personnel for deformities or damages caused by misuse. If the products are approved, your refund will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days of our receipt of the products. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been approved. If your return is not approved after inspection, you will be notified of the reason and the product(s) you sent for return will be delivered back to your shipping addres.
