RETURN PROCEDURE
You may return products within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase by shipping them to us using one of our contracted shipping companies. Your invoice must be included in the shipment. Swimwear and underwear sub-group products are exchanged and returned within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed. For unopened/unused technology products such as mobile phones, smartwatches, tablets, and computers, the return period is 14 days from the date of receipt.
