RETURN PROCEDURE

For swimwear/bikini subgroup products, you can return them within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed, by sending them to us with your invoice with our contracted cargo companies.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

You can exchange the product you have purchased from our stores. The products you purchase from our website cannot be exchanged through our Online Shop. For product exchange, the product must be applied with the invoice or exchange card, must be unused and must be delivered with all its accessories in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Swimwear/Bikini subgroup products are exchanged within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed.
