RETURN PROCEDURE

You can return the product you purchased from W Collection Online Shop within 30 days (1 month) from the invoice date with your invoice, exchange it with another product of the same amount from our stores, or get an exchange card.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

The exchange or return of the products you purchased from W Collection Online Shop is only made from our W Collection stores. If there is no W Collection store you can go to in your area, you can fill out the return form sent with your products and send the product to our return address for your return request. Products purchased from W Collection Online Shop Outlet section can only be exchanged or returned from our Outlet stores.
