DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered by Yurtici Kargo to the address you provide. Shipping is free for orders over 750 TRY, and 39.90 TRY for orders 750 TRY and below.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 30 DAYS
You may return products purchased from Vakkorama Online Shop within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase. You must present your invoice to be able to return products. You may also exchange your product at Vakkorama stores with a different item of the same value or request an exchange card. Returns or exchanges cannot be made unless the delivery slip or invoice belonging to your purchase is presented. Products must be returned unused, in their original packages, and in the same condition they were delivered, with all accessories and tags intact.

EXCHANGE

Products purchased from Vakkorama Online Shop can only be exchanged in store. If there is no Vakkorama store near you, you may fill out the return form found on the back of the delivery slip that was sent to you with your products and ship your products to our return address.
